The Beer to slay a mighty thirst” well I had a mighty thirst to slay when I poured myself this amber ale from England. Well a mighty thirst it did slay. I really liked this one, amber in colour, smooth with just the right amount of bitterness. Goliath from the very eclectic Whychwood Breweries is worth a try. I thoroughly enjoyed their Hobgoblin and liked this one too. Looking forward to trying a couple of more from these fine folks, although wasn’t keen on their Fiddler’s Elbow. So if you’ve got a thirst that needs slaying…
