Beer a Day Blog

My opinion on a variety of beers.

Mill St. Stock Ale

This is the type of beer I would call a thirst quencher, the one you drink on those real hot days. Very light on taste for an ale, probably one of the lightest tasting ales I have ever had. Mill St. Stock Ale is okay, brewed by the Mill St. mico-brewery in Toronto, Canada, situated in Toronto’s distillery district, very scenic if you ever get a chance to visit. If you are looking for a full-bodied ale, stay away from this one, something easy to drink on a hot day, give it a try.
