Beer a Day Blog

My opinion on a variety of beers.

Radeberger

Radeberger is a beer brewed in Radeberg, a suburb of Dresden, a beautiful city on the Elbe River. The brewery has gone through many changes being located in the former East Germany. It is a fairly decent pils (pilsner) style beer. A bit on the average side, good but not outstanding. Worth a try, a pretty decent taste.  Better yet, visit the city of Dresden and enjoy one while overlooking the Elbe. Schon immer besonders…always especially Radeberger. Radeberger Pilsner was the favourite drink of king Friedrich August of Saxony, not a bad recommendation.

7.5/10
